Join us for a fun, low-pressure way to check out the league, meet new people, and enjoy a night of bowling—no experience required.
We welcome all bowlers 18+ regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
Never bowled before? No problem! All skill levels are encouraged to participate, play, and volunteer.
We're so much more than just a bowling league. Parties, volunteering, workshops? We've got it!

Sundays at 6:00 PM, practice at 5:50 PM
The cost is $23 per week, which includes shoe rentals.
Originally founded in 1990, GALA Bowling League is a Rhode Island nonprofit dedicated to fostering inclusive community through sport. Our vision is to create a safe and inclusive environment where people, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, can participate in a competitive and friendly team sport, develop a social support system, and build lifelong friendships.
